Come see the high-performance home features that set apart the first home in Western North Carolina to be certified through the Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home program. Join us to enjoy lunch and a presentation from noon to 1 p.m. There will also be an ongoing open house with tours from noon to 4 p.m.
